Easy Operation
By way of a compact user friendly fingertip controlled LCD touch screen. The forty product memory in the computer controls the drive and slave motors to match product speed, film positioning and seal temperatures.

Quick Size Changing
Adujustable forming box allows for pack height and width to be varied. Infeed conveyor product guides controlled by push button adjustment.

Quick Film Changing
Twin roll feeding system which can accommodate up to 600mm wide rolls.

Print Registration
Optimum sensitivity is achieved by way of a Fiber Optic multi colour detection system and by computer controlled positioning.

Fin Sealer
Automatic engage/disengage system which disengages two pairs of heated rollers leaving one pair of cold rollers holding film in position.

End Sealer
Automatically stops in open position. Trouble free conveying system through center of jaw sealing ara. Pack height positining by push button adujustment.

70-300mm length (up to 1800mm on special specification)

5-100mm height or 5-70mm height

Product Speed Range
5-150 bags/minute - (put to 300 on special specification) - depending upon physical characteristics, shapes and size of products, film thickness and feeding speed.

Computer controlled positioning of print registration to match product speed.

Computer controlled AC Servo motors and slave motors.

Safety Features
Auto Stop if infeed conveyor, fin seal or end seal get obstructed.

Serial RS232/422/485 Communications Port allows communications with PC's, computers on networks, main frame systems, SCADA, databases and other controllers.
